Details about this class
Hello, my name is William Douglass.
Thanks for your interest in practicing Tai Chi. In this class you will learn the Yang style Twenty Four form. The class includes lectures and topics about Chi Kung, Tai Chi, breathing, meditating and other related advanced energy principles.
This is a hybrid course that meets via Google Meet twice per week and includes short, online lectures and related activities. The class is cross-listed with Meditation 184M so you will have the Meditation class materials as an optional benefit. The live Google Meets are split between half for Tai Chi and half for Meditation. There is no textbook for this course. All reading and other materials will be provided through D2L Brightspace.
Final grades will be determined by weekly quiz points and a Post Reflection Paper that is due at the end of the term.
You can read the syllabus here.
