Details about this class

Train Smarter. Lift Stronger. Build Confidence.

Whether you’re brand new to the weight room or ready to push past plateaus, I designed this college weight-training class for every level—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You’ll learn proper technique, refine your lifts, and challenge yourself in a supportive, high-energy environment that meets you where you are and helps you progress.

I bring multiple years of experience as both a personal trainer and instructor, and I love creating engaging, motivating sessions that keep students moving and learning. Expect a blend of instructor-led workouts and student-driven goal setting—so you get clear demonstrations, personalized feedback, and the confidence to train independently. I’m hands-on, encouraging, and committed to helping you get stronger safely and effectively.

Along with training, we’ll review nutrition basics to support performance, recovery, and overall health, giving you practical knowledge to apply outside the gym.

From your first rep to your next personal best, you’ll build strength, reduce injury risk, and develop lifelong fitness habits.

Strength training for every body—your next level starts here.
