Details about this class
I'm Ralph Parker, your instructor for this course. I extend a warm welcome to each of you and look forward to creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment together.
Although this is an online class, I encourage you to schedule a video conference with me if you'd like to discuss any aspects of the course. We can connect through Zoom or Google Hangout for a more interactive experience.
We will using two books during the term:
(1) Salsa, Soul and Spirit: Leadership for a Multicultural Age, by Juana Bordas
You can access the e-book through the PCC Library.
(2) The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, Jossey Bass publisher, 2023 (7th edition).
As an alternative, you can use the e-book through the PCC library.
Technology
There is no additional technology required for this class.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
