Details about this class
Over a 4 week period, you will be examining the critical need of using influencing skills in a diverse, global work environment. You will explore the appropriate use of power, authority, and influence in building relationships, including mutual exchange, lateral leadership, and rules of reciprocation. Lastly, you will practice influencing peers in mutual exchange and determine strategies to create partnerships despite power differences.
