Discover how therapeutic sound supports meditation, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being. In this science-informed, experiential course, you'll explore how crystal bowls, gongs, and other meditative instruments shift brainwave states, reduce stress, and create the conditions for deep inner calm. Each class includes a blend of accessible theory and guided experience. You'll learn the fundamentals of how sound interacts with the mind–body system, why certain tones promote relaxation, and how deep listening practices enhance focus, clarity, and emotional balance. Through weekly therapeutic sound baths, you’ll experience firsthand how sound opens the door to effortless meditation. This course is ideal for anyone curious about meditation, interested in sound as a healing modality, or hoping to deepen their understanding of mind body wellness. No music, meditation, or sound healing experience needed - everyone is welcome. Please bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel - comfortable during the sound bath portion of class.
