Details about this class
Hello students!
Welcome to HE 250! This course will meet in person on Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:50 a.m. at the Cascade campus. Weekly discussions and short quizzes will reinforce key concepts. You can expect weekly assignments throughout the term; there will be no midterm or final exam.
I’ll send an email with more details and the syllabus as the start of the term approaches.
Since we meet just once a week, your regular attendance and active participation are essential. The content we’ll cover is highly relevant to everyday life, and I’m excited to explore these topics with you. The class is structured with active learning strategies, and assignments will encourage you to engage with the material, apply it, and reflect on your experiences.
Assessments may be completed in person or submitted online, and most assignments are turned in through our course portal. I will hold office hours (online or in person) and am typically available via email Monday through Friday if you need support.
