Details about this class

This class will participate in online Zoom lectures and discussions on Wednesdays from 10 AM - 11:50 AM in our PCC online classroom throughout the term. I will record our Zoom lectures for those that need to watch at a different time.

Classwork will be due on Thursdays (initial discussion posts), Saturdays (discussion replies), and Sundays (assignments). You can always turn in items earlier in the week. We have two exams during the term...one week 6 and one finals week, the exams will be open for an entire week so that you can pick the best time for your schedule. Additionally, study guides are provided.

I will plan to send the syllabus and course calendar out on the first day that our classroom in D2L opens with a detailed email, but if you have any questions beforehand, please email me at toni.veeman@pcc.edu

Here is the book you will need to purchase:

  • Stress Management for Life, 5th Edition
  • ISBN 978-0-357-36396-6
  • Authors: Michael Olpin and Margie Hesson

I look forward to our class together,

Toni Veeman
