Build and Restore a Living Roof
Join a hands-on community project to rebuild the PCC Sylvania Learning Garden's living roof. Gain sustainable design and construction skills, restore a beloved landmark and foster community stewardship and sustainability. An exciting experience for builders and garden lovers alike!
Students will have the chance to actively participate in the build project, which at times means working with power tools and potentially working on ladders or on the roof itself. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
