Culinary Knife Skills

An important skill in the kitchen is the mastery of knife skills. Learn about knives and proper techniques to cut, slice, dice, julienne, chiffonade and concasse. Make a vegetable soup, kale and citrus salad. Knife included in class fees.

This is a hands on class. We'll feature several recipes to practice our cuts, using a Japanese knife as part of this class that will become yours!
