Sake...is it wine or not? Sake has a 2,500 year tradition in Japan as the iconic fermented beverage of the region. Receive a base level understanding of sake and empower yourself to learn how to order a glass, bottle or flight of sake at a Japanese restaurant.
Registration includes three small bottles of sake for tasting throughout the class.
