Application of commonly used methods for separation of biological molecules in multi-step protein purifications. This laboratory intensive course will focus on issues of recovery and yield, step-to-step analysis and troubleshooting, as well as documentation and reporting procedures and results. Prerequisite: BIT 205 or instructor permission. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
