Details about this class
Welcome to BA 101 – Introduction to Business!
Get ready to dive into the world of business! Throughout this course, we’ll explore a wide range of topics — from marketing and management to finance and entrepreneurship. You’ll start building a solid foundation that’s useful no matter what business path you choose.
Here’s what to expect:
Textbook required
– It’s our guide for the term, so please make sure you have access to it before the first day of class.
D2L (Brightspace) – This is our digital hub. You’ll use it to access assignments, quizzes, and important course updates.
We will meet in person once a week, and these sessions will involve group activities and discussions. Your attendance is mandatory and plays a critical role in determining your final grade. Outside of class, you’ll complete most of your work online at your own pace. While deadlines are flexible, sticking to the suggested schedule will help you stay on track and avoid cramming.
I’m excited to get started and look forward to a fun and productive term with you!
