Explores intermediate studio watercolor painting techniques, materials, and concepts while addressing historical and contemporary issues to increase visual literacy. Presents a conceptual framework for critical analysis along with basic art theory. Prerequisite: ART 284A. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
