PL270 Landlord Tenant Law

Introduces the fundamental concepts and working terminology of landlord tenant law. Includes the creation of a landlord/tenant relationship, the legal rights of landlords and tenants, unlawful detainer, and other proceedings to enforce rights. Prerequisite: PL 101.
