Details about this class
This mind body class explores the professional development for the mind body careers including:
Yoga
Breath work
Fascial release and movement
Meditation
QiGong and Tai Chi
Pilates
We meet every Tuesday from 1:30-3:20PM in-person and then there is required online work each week around 2 hours.
You will practice teaching in the above mentioned mind body activities to small groups, finishing with a longer teaching to your peers, and final project.

No show policy
