Details about this class

Hello!

I'm so glad you're interested in group fitness leadership! In this course, we will explore the skills necessary to lead group fitness class. Those skills include music selection, choreography, class design, modifications, group management, and more.

The course is designed as a hybrid course where you will be required to complete coursework online each week in preparation for our weekly class meetings. The class meetings will mostly involve group fitness skills practice and evaluation so come ready to move!
