Throughout this class, we'll explore organizations through the lens of the people who make them successful. We'll examine personality, motivation, teamwork, leadership, communication, and organizational culture to better understand what drives employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance.

You'll discover why some teams thrive while others struggle, how leaders can inspire and motivate employees, and how organizational structure and workplace culture influence success. We'll also explore how employees shape an organization just as much as the organization shapes them. Whether you plan to lead a team, work in management, or simply become a stronger communicator and collaborator, the concepts in this course will give you practical skills you can apply right away.

To keep learning accessible, we'll use Open Educational Resources (OER) along with current articles and reputable online resources. This means you'll have free access to quality course materials while exploring timely topics and real-world examples.
