JPN101 First Year Japanese

Introduces Japanese language and culture. Emphasizes effective communicative skills in written and spoken Japanese. Includes listening, speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, structure, vocabulary, Kana syllabaries and a limited number of Kanji characters. For beginners. • In-Person: Instructional time will happen in-person. Class meetings take place at specific times and locations.
