Reconnect to the wisdom of your body in this Dynamic 7-week breathwork series. Each week, we will explore a different chakra (energy center) using simple but powerful breathing techniques designed to strengthen the mind-body connection, reduce stress, and support overall wellness.
Through guided breathwork sessions, you will learn how to tune into your body's natural rhythms, build greater trust in your physical and emotional responses, and create lasting habits that enhance sleep, focus, energy, and mood.
This course is designed for everyday health and well-being - no previous experience with breathwork or chakra study is needed. Sessions include breathwork practice, light movement, reflection, and simple take-home tools you can use daily.
