Examines the aggregate activity of a market economy, economic growth, inflation, unemployment, and the use of fiscal and monetary policy to address macroeconomic problems. This course is part of Oregon Common Course Numbering. EC 202 and EC 202Z are equivalent at PCC. Prerequisites: (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement.
