Technology
Students will need access to Microsoft 365 including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Students will also need to use MS Access, but a free version will be made available. If a student is using an Apple computer or a computer with Linux as the operating system, then PCC will provide them with a program named Propeller at no cost so that they can connect online with a Windows based computer on a PCC campus. By using Propeller the student can login to virtual Windows desktop over the Internet.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
Online technical requirements
Please be sure to read the quick guide to Online Learning technical requirements.
