Introduces Chinese language and culture. Emphasizes effective communicative skills in written, and spoken Chinese. Includes listening, speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, syllable structure, vocabulary, a limited number of Chinese characters (hanzi) and grammar. For beginners. Audit available. In-Person: Instructional time will happen in-person. Class meetings take place at specific times and locations.
