Details about this class
I am passionate about marketing excited to help students connect social media activities with marketing and branding theories! You can look forward to doing the following in this course:
- Directly engage with social media platforms to apply course material
- Create social media ads
- Use software used by social media managers
- Analyze and discuss social media marketing case studies
This online course will include the following on a weekly basis: instructor videos, outside video and podcast content, online discussions, assignments, and reading quizzes.
Technology
This class will require the following:
- Access to social media platforms
- Ability to capture screenshots and links to social media posts
- Use of Canva - with a free student account
- Microsoft Office - with free access to the software
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
