Details about this class

My teaching seeks to blends real-world insight with practical application, to help you translate theory into actionable skills. My goal for the class is to create an engaging, supportive learning environment focused on preparing you for modern organizational challenges.

This course will introduce you to what it really means to manage people, processes, and performance in today’s workplace. You will explore core management functions—planning, organizing, leading, and controlling—while practicing real-world skills like goal setting, team leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making. Designed as a “management lab,” the course emphasizes hands-on application, allowing you to test ideas, solve problems, and build practical strategies you can use immediately in professional settings.
