Details about this class
This is a fully online class, so there are no regularly scheduled meeting times. The weekly due date is Sunday 11:59 PM. Expect to spend at least 6 hours per week online working on this course.
The cost of the required digital materials for this course, including the textbook, have been included in your class fee. Links to access these materials will be done through the weekly models in D2L. Our course uses the Publisher's learning platform, SIMNet for you to complete your assignments.
To succeed in this course, you need to meet the published deadlines.
Technology
Students must use Windows Operating System's MS Excel 2019 or newer (Office 365) in this class. This class is best suited to Windows based PCs. A Chromebook, notepad, nor a cell phone will not work for this course.
MAC USERS: If you are using a Mac you may have difficulty accessing some functions of the Microsoft Suite. It is recommended that you either have the dual-booting system (Partition) that runs a Microsoft Operating system or use PCC remote access to complete this course. You will not have access to all of the Excel features required without a Partition or remote access. MAC users needing remote access will see the instructions on D2L's Announcement page.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
