Details about this class

The Online/F2F class follows a similar format as an online/remote class format, only we meet once a week on campus to discuss concepts and engage in classroom activities that encourage students to explore topic areas in archaeology.

Lectures and reading materials are fully developed online (web) course. This means that students work through weekly modules on their own in preparation for class meetings. In person classes weave together mini lecture content reviews, film/ videos, classroom discussions, and interactive student research assignments, which makes the class richer and fun for students.

Here's a sample syllabus for Ath 102 Intro to Archaeology hybrid format.
