Welcome to Facilities Management Services (FMS). We provide college-wide facilities services that support equitable student success.

As stewards of PCC’s built and natural environments, we provide a broad range of services, including minor improvement projects and agency interaction, maintenance and custodial services, mail distribution, shipping and receiving, equipment surplus management, property management, grounds and landscaping, recycling, environmental health and safety, and utility and energy management.

PCC is Oregon’s largest institution of higher education, covering a 1,500 square mile district with 2.6 million gross square feet of facilities and 367 acres of grounds. FMS supports four campuses: Sylvania, Rock Creek, Cascade, and Southeast, as well as the Carolyn Moore Writing Residency, Vanport Building and seven centers: CLIMB, Downtown Center, Newberg Center, Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center, Opportunity Center at 42nd Avenue, Swan Island Trades Center, and Willow Creek Opportunity Center.
