Association of Northwest Landscape Designers
The ANLD is a professional organization that was created 25 years ago for landscape designers in Oregon and Washington. It provides a forum where landscape designers can network, learn, and encourage one another in their professional pursuits.
Association of Professional Landscape Designers
The APLD is a nationwide professional organization for landscape designers that has an Oregon chapter. It has a certification process for professional designers and hosts seminars and workshops in the area.
International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Pacific Northwest Chapter
The regional professional organization for the tree care industry. The ISA has a certification process for arborists and hosts tree care related seminars in the area. Lots of great links to tree care information and a local list of certified arborists.

Professional organization for the  irrigation  professionals.
Hardy Plant Society of Oregon
Non-profit volunteer organization for gardeners of all levels. Sponsors annual plant sales, events, and has an extensive garden-related associations links page on their website.
