We have a new apprenticeship contact. What do we do?

Email apprenticeship@pcc.edu with all contact information for the new apprenticeship contact. We will update your records with the JATC and the State Apprenticeship office. We also recommend watching the New Training Agent Orientation.

How can we add a new journey worker to our authorized list of MPR signers?

The main apprenticeship contact should email apprenticeship@pcc.edu with the name of the new journey worker. The email must include the required credentials (license, journey card, or “skilled practitioner of the trade” statement.) All new journey workers will also need to create a TradeSchool account to approve apprentice MPRs.

Can employers track apprentice progress using TradeSchool?

Yes! Any authorized representative of the training agent can be set up to view their apprentice’s progress on TradeSchool. Simply create a TradeSchool Account and then email apprenticeship@pcc.edu to request access.
