PCC-branded name tag order form

All name tag orders are processed in the order they are received and as workload allows. You will receive a proof PDF to review before the tag is printed. If you need your order processed quickly for an upcoming event, please note your “needed by” date in the additional notes section.

Name tags are the size of a standard gift card (54 mm x 86 mm). Magnetic fastener backs are standard for all orders. Pin backs are available by request only.

Pricing: $20 per name tag

PCC’s brand-approved name tag templates were developed by the Marketing & Communications team. Modifications to these templates are prohibited unless approved by the Marketing team prior to production. Adjustments to templates may be considered if the modifications fall within PCC brand standards. If you have questions about the college’s templates please contact the Marketing & Communication team.

To request sets of name tags for multiple individuals, please download this spreadsheet template and complete this order form. Then fill out the spreadsheet with each individual’s details and submit the completed document to printcen@pcc.edu. A new order will need to be submitted each time a batch of name tags is needed.
