Portland Community College is inviting the community to take part in the Facilities Planning Online Open House from Oct. 4 through Oct. 22. This feedback will help finalize the college’s Facilities Plan, which is its vision for future growth.

Learn how all this information is shaping the PCC Facilities Plan by visiting the online open house secure webpage.

During the last 18 months, the facilities planning process has incorporated enrollment data, regional market trends and user experiences to develop growth concepts for each of our campuses. This planning process has worked in alignment with other college planning initiatives such as the Strategic Plan, academic planning, the “One College” reorganization and the Climate Action Plan

The open house is the last opportunity to collectively review and refine the college’s first Facilities Plan, which will be finalized by the end of this year.

Project documents and outreach reports that are part of the second phase of facilities planning can be found at pcc.edu/fp2.

PCC offers this limited open forum as an extension of the respectful, well-reasoned discourse we expect in our classroom discussions. As such, we welcome all viewpoints, but monitor comments to be sure they stick to the topic and contribute to the conversation. We will remove them if they contain or link to abusive material, personal attacks, profanity, off-topic items, or spam. This is the same behavior we require in our hallways and classrooms. Our online spaces are no different.
