PCC faculty lawmaker sets first town hall

Rep. Mike Dembrow, a freshman lawmaker in the State Legislature, will co-host his first town hall event of the 2009 legislative session.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 24, in the Hollywood Senior Center, 1820 NE 40th Ave.
Joining Dembrow will be Rep. Ben Cannon and Sen. Jackie Dingfelder.
“Rep. Dembrow will be there to hear your questions and comments about state government issues,” according to Alex Berke, his legislative aide. “This is a general forum, we’re interested in learning what issues are most important to our neighbors in Southeast and Northeast Portland.”
The event is free and open to the public.
