Rock Creek Gallery showcases Beaverton faculty artists

ROCK CREEK CAMPUS – The Rock Creek Gallery of Portland Community College presents works by Beaverton School District art faculty throughout the month of March. The works run the gamut of traditional two- and three-dimensional media such as drawing and painting, to ceramic and mixed media.The Beaverton School District Art Faculty Show will be on display through Friday, March 26. A reception for the artists will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9 at the gallery, located in Room 122 of Building 3, 17705 N.W. Springville Road.Those exhibiting include Jan Von Bergen, Kim Short, Christine Helton, Jon Gottshall, Gail Heymann, Anne Goodrich, Maureen Merritt, Stephen Loudon, Mark Rasmussen, Otto Abahazy, Andrew Beckham, Cathy Cain, Kelly Hjelmeland, Kendall Steele and Deborah Teeter.Rock Creek Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
