PCC Winter Term Class Features British Gardens

A Portland Community College class, Landscape Special Topics, will feature gardens in England, Scotland and Ireland visited in spring 1996 by Rock Creek Campus Landscape Technology instructor Dick Hollenbeck.
Hollenbeck will show pictures and interpret the gardening style, history and plantings of several gardens in different parts of Britain. The class will be of interest to professional landscape gardeners as well as to gardening enthusiasts.
The five-week, one-credit class meets in two-hour sessions on Thursdays beginning Jan. 9 at the Rock Creek Campus, 17705 N.W. Springville Rd. Participants have a choice of two times: either from 3 to 5 p.m. or from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
