Event Lending Library

The PCC Marketing & Communications Department has a variety of event display materials available for use at your next PCC event! Take a look at the options below.

To request items, please fill out the Lending Library Request Form.

Please plan ahead. We needs at least 5 business days to gather information and ascertain what items are available to check out. Items that are requested within a 72-hour (3 business day) window prior to an event may not be available and are not garnered.

Additionally, we have a limited number of each item. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item has already been checked out we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Liability Agreement

By checking out equipment from the Marketing & Communications Office, you agree to return items in the same condition in which it was checked out. All unreturned or damaged items will need to be replaced, and that cost will be passed on to your department, regardless of how or why the damage occurred.

Photo Banner Stands

These pop-up banner stands are easy to transport. They can quickly add a high-impact, branded element to your event space. Open size is 34″ wide by 78″ high.

Wide Banner Stands

Please note: The Wide Banner Stands will not be available for use until after Monday, November 14, 2022.

These pop-up banner stands are easy to transport. They can quickly add a high-impact, branded element to your event space. These are much larger than the standard size banner stands above and work better in much larger areas. They stand at 48″ wide by 96″ high.

Logo Banner Stands

Simple pop-up banner stands with the PCC logo and diamond pattern. Open size is 34″ wide by 78″ high.

Step-and-Repeat Backdrop

This step-and-repeat backdrop is perfect for photo booths or media events. The backdrop is 60″ wide by 90″ tall.

Tablecloths

Reserve one of our turquoise tablecloths – featuring the PCC logo – for your next event tables. Please note: All tablecloths must be washed, dried, and folded before returning them to the Marketing and Communications Department. Cleaning instructions are included with each tablecloth. Pop-Up Tents

Ten foot by ten foot pop-up tents provide shade and brand awareness at outdoor tabling events.

Poppie the Panther Mascot Costume

Represent PCC pride and spirit at your next event with a special appearance by Poppie. The costume comes with a turquoise T-shirt, but we do have special occasions clothing as well. Poppie uses they/them pronouns.

Please note: You will need to provide your own human for the mascot costume. We also suggest having a handler for Poppie as they may have a difficult time seeing their way through crowded events.
