Meet Our Team
Beatriz Bonilla (She/her), Bilingual (Spanish) Confidential Advocate
A little about me: I’ve always been drawn to serve my community. In 2020, I began volunteering for a local domestic violences program and enjoyed the difference I was able to make. Soon after, I moved into a paid position as a bilingual advocate where I was able to support survivors as they navigated the criminal justice system and provide assistance in multiple settings as well as trainings. My approach is to build trust by respecting where each person comes from and who they are as I assist survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.
Outside of work: I am at my happiest when outside with a camera in my hand. I love to take drives, go on walks, and wherever I am, look for birds. I can find something to take a photo of no matter where I am or what the weather is like. If I’m not outside, I’m at a coffee shop, reading or editing photos.
Primary Location: Cascade Campus but will also be at the Rock Creek Campus regularly. I can be reached at 971-244-3907 or via email at

Hayley Hayes (she/her), Confidential Advocate
A little about me: I have supported community members in multiple settings since 2014 at a 24/7 emergency shelter, crisis lines, and hospital response before coming to PCC. Working with survivors, their kids, and pets and being able to witness first-hand their strength, creativity, humor, and love has continually solidified my passion for this work! I believe that people are the expert in their own lives and I bring this philosophy to work every day. I am constantly learning from those I work with about how to be the best advocate I can. We can all use support sometimes, and being able to provide that to our students is an honor.
Outside of work: On any given day you can find me playing futsal, cooking, walking my pit-mix Kylo, enjoying summer time (or waiting for it to be summer time!), and being near/in water.
Primary Location: Cascade Campus. I can be reached at 503-619-7041 (text or call) or via email at hayley.hayes@pcc.edu.

Caroline Bartlett (she/her), Program Director
A little about me: I have been working in our communities since 2006 serving survivors of dating/domestic violence, family violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This has included on community crisis lines, local non-profits, an emergency shelter, and in navigating the criminal/legal system. Survivors are some of the strongest and most inspiring people that I have met. I have been honored to walk beside them in their journeys as they navigate safety, fear, loss, and systems that can cause more harm than good. I am committed to supporting survivors in leading our work together and being the experts in their own lives. At PCC, I bring a passion to shift culture that allows violence to flourish. I wish to help create a culture of care where students are heard, validated, and receive the support that they are seeking. I am so excited by the wisdom, energy, and passion of PCC students to make changes on our campuses that supports our community to thrive.
Outside of work: I love to walk, be in nature, listen to music and rock climb. These give me outlets to turn my brain off, move my body, and help me balance being a working mom. I also love to cook and feed my family nourishing tasty foods.
Primary Location: Cascade campus and remote, but I come to any given campus regularly. I can be reached at 971-722-5633 or via email at caroline.bartlett@pcc.edu.
