Viewing and Resolving Holds
Holds can be placed by different departments for many reasons. The first step to resolving a hold is to understand who created and for what reason.
- Log in to the MyPCC home tab.
- In the term-to-term checklist, click see when (and if) you can register.
- Select the term that you want to register for and click Submit.
- This will bring you to the Registration Status page. If you have registration holds, you will see a message that you have holds that will prevent registration.
- Read the details about your hold. Sometimes there are instructions for how to resolve the hold. In other cases, it is necessary to contact the department that placed the hold in order to have it removed.
