This photograph was taken for a selective focus project in my photography class (which is why everything else is blurred and headphones are in focus). I wanted to capture an emotion of calmness/content that relates to my love of music and how it makes me feel. I intentionally set the image in B&W to display a mood to it. The image in color was distracting away from that.
