This drawing is a class project for Life Drawing in which figure gesture drawing was explored in various sequences of time and stages of rendering. I used charcoal allowing me to build/remove the charcoal as I progressed. I drew a park scene with several gesture figure drawings relating to lives before the pandemic, then drew figures in various stages of rendering over the scene largely to signify lives during the pandemic.
