Parking
With certain exceptions, any vehicle parked on a PCC campus or center from 7am-10pm Monday through Friday must display a current parking permit on their rear view mirror or dashboard. Parking in neighborhoods adjacent to PCC campuses and centers is not allowed. Tickets will be issued.
Permits are required at PCC year round, except weekends, certain holidays, and the first week of class. Permits are not required at off-campus classes or at the following PCC facilities: the Portland Metropolitan Workforce Training Center, the Newberg Center, the Hillsboro Education Center, or the Willow Creek Center.
Purchasing a permit
Visit the PCC Transportation and Parking website for information about purchasing term, daily and hourly permits, as well as info about discounts for seniors. To obtain a permit at any time other than when you register, you must show proof of enrollment.
