Northwest Earth Institute: Volunteers needed at Oregon Public House

Posted by

We are excited to be an Oregon Public House nonprofit partner this January through June. We’ll receive a portion of the proceeds from the pub each month, and it’s a fun new way to support NWEI!

We’re also recruiting volunteers for our once-a-week shift at OPH. Volunteers greet guests as they arrive at the pub (and encourage them to cast their vote of support for NWEI when they make their purchases!), and help with other light-duty tasks around the pub. Volunteers get a free meal and drink at the end of their shift too, so it’s a win-win for NWEI and our volunteers!

We have shifts available every Sunday in January from 4pm-8pm, and every Tuesday in February from 4pm-8pm. If you can help with a shift in January or February, or are interested in helping in a future month, email Liz and she’ll get you set up.

If you haven’t checked out Oregon Public House before, it’s worth the trip, and you can support NWEI as you eat and drink for a good cause.
