Chicas Youth Development Family Engagement Volunteers Needed

Our Chicas Youth Development Program offers after-school sessions to 3rd-12th grade girls in the Forest Grove, Hillsboro, and Beaverton School Districts. We also offer leadership and community service opportunities to our students and their families.

Our Family Engagement Assistants commit to volunteering once every 2-3 months during the school year. Their primary focus is to assist us in the coordination of our Chicas Family Gatherings & Workshops. Volunteers are also responsible for taking attendance, food set-up and distribution, and clean-up after the events. The events our located at schools in Forest Grove, Hillsboro and Beaverton, and generally take place in the evening during the week.
