Billing and hours

Child care reservations and fees are computed for the entire term. Just as you do not receive refunds if you miss a class on campus, neither refunds or credits are given for your child’s absences or school closures for inclement weather. Persons still owing fees for child care from a previous term may not enroll the child for the next term or receive transcripts until all fees are paid.

Billing arrangements

The Portland Community College Sylvania Child Development Center billing is administered through Student Account Services. Your billing and payment information can be accessed online or by going to Student Account Services. All billing arrangements are made through Sylvania Student Account Services, 971-722-8888, option 3. Tax ID# 93-0575187. You must initial and sign a billing agreement before your child is completely enrolled. Download and print the Childcare Billing Agreement.
