Course Description
This course integrates three key aspects of a successful project manager. All of these activities are done daily by today’s project managers. This course combines PM Knowledge, MS Project, and PowerPoint fundamentals, a three-in-one learning experience.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Understand the fundamentals in planning and managing a project
Be able to use MS Project at the basic level
Become familiar with the key features in PowerPoint
