Regional engagement
- PCC is signatory to the Construction Careers Pathways, a framework in which public agencies are teaming up with stakeholders from private industry, apprenticeship programs, unions, and community-based organizations to provide reliable career pathways for women and Black, Indigenous, and people of color in the construction trades.
- P&CC is signatory to the Safe from Hate Pledge and serves on the Steering Committee of the Safe From Hate Alliance.
- P&CC is a member of the Metropolitan Alliance for Workforce Equity, a group of construction industry stakeholders focused on increasing workforce diversity in the City of Portland through workforce agreements.
- P&CC participates in the City of Portland’s Fair Contracting Forum, which supports the City of Portland’s equitable contracting policies, processes, and outcomes.
