We maintain project financial records and documentation, ensuring bond compliance by following established procurement and contracting processes. Our office promotes business and workforce diversity by encouraging consultants to meet – and, if possible – exceed the college’s goals. OPC supports our general contractors with resources and creates opportunities to connect them with smaller firms, specifically with minority, women, emerging small businesses, and veteran-owned businesses. We advocate to increase workforce diversity in the construction field with set goals for our contractors, monitoring the participation of minorities and women in the trades.
