Disbursement of Financial Aid
Generally, financial aid funds are credited to your PCC student account beginning the third week of each term. If the amount of your award exceeds tuition, fees and other institutional charges on your student account, you will be entitled to a refund. If your enrollment for any term does not match your current award letter, your funds will be significantly delayed. Notification to the financial aid office prior to the third week of each term can help you avoid delay. Notify the financial aid office of any change in enrollment by calling (503-977-4934) or completing a Revision Request form. Refund checks may be picked up (with current PCC card and picture ID) at any campus business office according to the following disbursement dates listed below. The Business Office cannot cash refund checks. Refund checks for students attending Tillamook Bay and Columbia Gorge are sent to the Business Office of those campuses.

Note: The actual date your funds will be available will depend on the date you were awarded and your application was processed by PCC. If your award exceeds your account balance, you may pick up a refund check at the business office.
If your award is not enough to cover all term charges, you must pay the difference. Any excess payment will be refunded after the award has been posted to your account.
