Yes to College High School Diploma (HSD) is a unique program that empowers you to earn a high school diploma and college credits that can be applied towards an associate degree, certificate program, or transferred to a four-year college or university. Our program pairs you with a College Success Coach dedicated to your success.
Spring 2026 deadline to apply is March 13, 2026.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Yes to College High School Diploma program, students must:
- Be 16-20 years old
- In need of an alternative education placement
- Behind in academic credits
- Live in a participating school district
- Portland Public Schools
- Tigard-Tualatin School District*
- Lake Oswego School District*
- Sherwood School District*
- West Linn-Wilsonville School District*
*Requires school district approval
As a contracted program, enrollment is based on available capacity. To ensure program sustainability and quality of services, enrollment may be limited when capacity is reached. PCC has an established process for managing enrollment during periods of high demand. For Spring 2026, enrollment will be capped and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will continue to work closely with our district partners throughout the school year as we refine systems and respond to student needs.
