How to Ride

PCC Shuttle Service rider information. Before riding: show a current PCC ID, arrive at the designated shuttle stop five minutes before scheduled pick-up, note that drivers cannot make special stops, schedule times are approximate and may be delayed by traffic or weather, and capacity is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. While riding: remove your garbage when exiting, avoid unnecessary conversation with the driver, do not use cell phones near the driver’s area, and note that wheelchair lifts are available on most buses. Service and safety information: shuttles do not run on weekends, holidays, school breaks, or during summer term. Buses must turn off when stationary for more than five minutes. Do not run alongside a bus as it is pulling away. For more information, call 971-722-4998.

Bikes on the shuttle

Bike racks are available on all shuttles. Availability is first-come, first-served.

  • When loading your bike, remove water bottles and other loose items. Inform the driver that you will be loading your bike. You can load your bike from the curb or in front of the bus. Do not step into traffic.
  • As you approach your stop, inform the driver that you will unload your bike. Unload your bike from the front of the bus or the curb, not from the street.
