Password and Account Reactivation
To get your password reset or your account reactivated in MyPCC, Banner, or the H drive:
MyPCC now has a password recovery self-service feature. In order to take advantage of this new capability, and to get your MyPCC account “refreshed” in the new system, go to pcc.edu/setup. You will be guided through the process of getting your MyPCC account set up in the new system (if you have not done so already). New MyPCC users do not need to perform this step. For PCC employees, performing this step will also set you up for “single sign on” — Your MyPCC password will be the same as your Active Directory (AD), D2L, ImageNow, email and several other systems.
For help with your MyPCC password, you can also contact the PCC Computer Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400). You will be asked to verify your identify for security purposes.
If you have forgotten your MyPCC password and you have been set up in MyPCC’s new self-service password recovery system (see above), go to: pcc.edu/password to recover your password.
Banner is a single sign-on system. Login to MyPCC and find the “Banner” link on the employee tab. For assistance with Banner access or login, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400
If you are unable to log into the H drive with your MyPCC login and password, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400).
Document Imaging (ImageNow)
Your ImageNow username and password are the same as your H Drive username and password.
